Stratum is the intelligence layer above your AI stack. We aggregate signals from wherever they live (MLOps, providers, eval systems) and run lightweight probes where no metrics exist. We care about governance outcomes, not how metrics are produced.

Policy Decision Engine

Stratum orchestrates quarantines and restrictions via your existing tools—we never become infrastructure. Enforcement is executed through API gateways, MLOps platforms, IAM systems, or provider APIs. Every decision generates signed evidence for regulatory defense.

Metadata-Only Governance

Data minimization applied—only governance-essential metadata retained. Stratum does not require full prompt or payload capture for most use cases. Customers can choose redacted or hashed fields while maintaining assurance quality.

Black-box AI coverage: For external/API-only AI systems (e.g. OpenAI, Anthropic, SaaS copilots) where no MLOps exists, Stratum runs lightweight behavioral probes and aggregates provider telemetry to estimate reliability, drift, and policy alignment—without storing sensitive payloads. This is the key differentiator vs classic MLOps monitoring.
